Phoenix Law Announces Promotion of Sinead Marmion to Partner

Phoenix Law is pleased to announce the promotion of Sinead Marmion to Partner, recognising her exceptional legal expertise, unwavering client commitment, and significant contributions to the firm’s continued growth.

Sinead joined Phoenix Law in 2019 and has become a leading human rights solicitor and head of the firm’s immigration and asylum department . She has acted in several high-profile and complex cases, earning a reputation for her legal prowess, dedication to justice, and client-centred approach. She was the solicitor instructed in the landmark challenge to the Rwanda deportation policy and the illegal migration act.

Speaking on her promotion, Sinead said:
