Privacy & Data breach by Interim Advocate for Victims & Survivors of HIA

Hundreds of survivors of institutional abuse, to include many of Phoenix Law clients, have had their names and emails disclosed in an email issued by the office of the interim advocate.

We are instructed to seek assurances that precautions are now in place, such a significant failing will not occur again and the appropriate referral to the Information Commissioners Office has been made.
