Petition calling for Public Inquiry into Muckamore launched

Phoenix Law and clients are calling for a public inquiry into the systematic abuse that occurred at Muckamore Abbey Hospital.

Claire McKeegan, Partner instructed by the families in a class action against the Trust said “patients and their families deserve answers and those responsible for such cruel and inhumane treatment must be held to account. Only a public inquiry will provide the level of scrutiny required to achieve transparency, justice and ensure such degrading and dangerous practice is never seen again.”
