
On 12 December 2024, our client and his family were involved in a road traffic collision on the Suffolk Road, Belfast. Their vehicle was stationary at the traffic lights when it was struck from the side by another driver. Liability was admitted by the other driver. This accident resulted in our clients sustaining personal injuries, and substantial damage to their vehicle.
Our client was awarded £7,500 in compensation for his injuries and his daughter, who was a passenger at the time and also suffered personal injuries was awarded £9,000.00

On 5 March 2025, our client was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a road traffic accident at the junction of Seapatrick Road, Banbridge. As a result of this collision, he sustained personal injuries. He instructed Phoenix Law to pursue a claim for personal injuries on his behalf.
Phoenix Law issued a letter of claim and liability was then admitted. Our client has now received compensation in the sum of £7,500.

A technical error by the PSNI resulted in a minor and his father being unlawful stopped and searched in/and around August 2020. A settlement has now been awarded to the minor in the sum of £1,500.00 and was approved by the County Court in Antrim on 24th November 2025.
