Phoenix Law Wins £7,500 for Passenger Injured in Banbridge Collision

On 5 March 2025, our client was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a road traffic accident at the junction of Seapatrick Road, Banbridge. As a result of the collision, he sustained personal injuries and instructed Phoenix Law to pursue a personal injury claim on his behalf.

Phoenix Law issued a letter of claim, after which liability was admitted by the other party. Our client has now successfully received £7,500 in compensation for the injuries he sustained as a result of the accident.
