Legal action threatened over Covid-19 meat factory

Sinead Marmion has issued correspondence to a meat factory in Armagh after an employee showing symptoms of corona virus was allowed to continue to work.

Sinead said “This is one of many cases coming to us at present, as employers fail to implement health and safety measures in the workplace in the wake of Covid-19 and we are in a situation now where people are afraid to go in to do their jobs.”
