Phoenix Law has been instructed by front line health professionals in two NI Health Trusts who are “fearful” for their safety in hospitals due to the lack of adequate personal protection equipment (PPE).
Although pre-action correspondence has been issued to the Minister of Health, Claire McKeegan says: “Adversarial litigation on this issue should be avoided at all costs, and we must all work towards a common goal in fighting COVID-19.”
